How To Get Bright, White, Beautiful Teeth & A Gleaming Smile Within Minutes!
Written by Dr. Steve Thompson, DDS, FAGD

Discover Everything You Need To Know About This Quick, Easy Way To Beautiful, Beaming Teeth!

You know that old saying “smile and the world smiles with you?”

Well, it’s true! But unfortunately, there are many people who don’t smile as much as they should because they are self-conscious about the way their smile looks…

… And in the majority of cases, it’s because people feel self-conscious because their teeth are dull, yellow, or discolored!

Is this you? Are you frustrated with your smile? Do you know deep down what it could look like and just you're plain sick and tired of waiting for the perfect time to get the perfect smile? If so, you came to the right place!

I'm Dr. Thompson, and I've had the privilege of giving people the smile they've only envisioned in their minds! And I'm pretty positive I can help you too.

Regardless of what your situation is, and no matter how often you brush and floss your teeth, your smile will lose its brightness over time.

Your teeth are porous, meaning they tend to absorb the color of foods and beverages you ingest which can discolor the enamel, or outer layer of the teeth.

Other factors that can speed up discoloration of the teeth are drinking liquids that contain caffeine, smoking, gum disease and tooth decay.

But I have good news for you! The majority of my patients that have wanted to go from a good smile to a GREAT smile have gotten the results they were looking for simply by whitening their teeth! And you can too!

(And some even thought they would need expensive Cosmetic Dental procedures to get the kind of results they wanted!)

So what are whitening procedures? Well, there are several whitening procedures available to you that can remove stains in your tooth enamel without harming your teeth and leave your smile white, bright, and sparkling.

But how do you know which one is right for you? Let’s find out…

Whitening Toothpaste – Does It Really Work?

A recent study revealed that Americans spent more than $1.6 BILLION on toothpaste last year... CRAZY!

Or maybe not so crazy if you consider that we’ve been using toothpaste since as long as 5000 years ago…

… Which just goes to show you that human beings have been looking for ways to perfect their smiles for quite some time!

Recently, extra strength whitening toothpastes have come onto the market that promise to remove stains and leave you with dazzling pearly whites.

But as a professional dentist with many, many years of experience, I can tell you that these whitening toothpastes can be a GIGANTIC waste of money!

The promises the manufacturers of these products make are nothing more than marketing hype designed to get you to spend two or three times more on a tube of toothpaste than you normally would.

In fact, a recent consumer reporting magazine study showed that out of 41 so-called “whitening” toothpastes tested, ZERO had significant whitening ability.

And even the seven toothpastes tested that advertised peroxide, a strong whitening agent, as one of the main ingredients didn’t whiten teeth any better than regular toothpaste!

In other words, put your wallet away and save your money instead of spending more on expensive whitening toothpastes that don’t work…

… Because if you’re serious about amp'ing up your smile, there are other, much more effective treatments that will give you the results you’re looking for!

I’ll tell you what these are in a moment, but first, I want to share with you…

Here Are Two More Ways You Could Be Wasting Your Money On Ineffective Whitening Treatments…

Depending on the particular treatment you choose and the amount of discoloration you have, tooth whitening can take your smile anywhere from five to seven (and in some cases even up to twelve) shades brighter!

In addition to basic whitening toothpaste, there are three other main “over the counter” whitening solutions you can buy at most drug stores and take home to use.

Brush on whitening gel kits usually comes in a nail polish-type container with a wand you can use to brush the gel onto your teeth.

And depending on the product, the whitening gel will need to sit on your teeth anywhere from a few hours to overnight.

While brush on gel sounds like an easy enough method of whitening your teeth, keep in mind that you have to allow the gel to sit on your teeth for hours, meaning that once it mixes with your saliva, a good portion of it will come off.

Also the whitening gel usually contains glycerin, a substance that basically saps the moisture from your tooth enamel and can cause tooth sensitivity!

Plastic whitening strip kits on the other hand contain a number of plastic strips of two different sizes (for your upper and lower teeth) that are coated on one side with a whitening gel.

The idea behind this treatment is that you place the strips against the teeth and the strip sticks to the surface because of the gel, whitening your teeth.

To make any kind of difference, the strips need to sit on the teeth for at least 40 minutes a day – in most cases people do 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening.

But unfortunately, because of the nature of the plastic strips, the whitening gel doesn’t get in between the teeth, which can leave you uneven patches of white on your teeth!

Brush on whitening gel kits and plastic whitening strip kits are relatively inexpensive and may seem like a good idea…

But keep in mind that these whitening “shortcuts” are cheap for a reason – they contain such a small amount of whitening agent that you have to use them over and over again to get any kind of decent result.

There’s got to be a better way...

Discover The Two Secrets Movie Stars Are Using To Get A Mega-Watt Smile!

Another treatment you can turn to for a whiter smile is a bleaching tray kit. You can get professional kits at the dentist’s office an over-the-counter version from the drug store.

The drug store version comes with a set of plastic mouth trays that you let sit in hot water and then bite down on.

The idea is that the trays are then “molded” to your bite, and once you put a little whitening gel in the tray and let them sit for a few hours (or overnight) for several weeks, you’ll see a whiter smile.

But the problem with the over-the-counter whitening kits is that the mouth plastic mouth trays aren’t custom fitted, even after you put them in the hot water….

… And this means that the whitening gel will ooze out of the tops, bottoms or sides of the trays. You end up ingesting a good portion of the gel – which is not good for you!

Also, as the gel oozes out and sits on your gum line, it irritates your gums and can leave you more susceptible to gum disease or even tooth decay.

Another disadvantage of drug store variety whitening kits is that the amount of peroxide or other whitening agent is usually so low that it takes much more time (and sometimes several kits!) to get the results you want.

But if the idea of using bleaching trays is something that appeals to you, you’re MUCH better off getting a take-home bleaching kit from the dentist.

These kits are the same concept as the drug store kits, except that in some cases they contain a higher percentage of the whitening agent, which means you’ll need less treatments to get great results.

Also, the dentist can make sure that the trays are custom fitted to your bite to give you a more precision fit, which means more of the whitening gel will stay on your teeth – giving you a more evenly whitened, sparkling smile!

With a professional, take-home bleaching kit, you can expect to have results that last one to two years.

But if you want longer lasting results in a much shorter amount of time with less mess and hassle, the next treatment may be the one for you…

One of the most popular professional whitening treatments, and the one my patients ask me for the most, is laser whitening.

In this treatment, a concentrated gel containing peroxide is applied to the teeth. Then, a light laser is scanned across each individual tooth to “activate” the gel, which causes the tooth enamel to release any stain or discoloration.

Laser whitening is painless, highly effective, and usually takes about an hour.

To be fair, laser whitening is much more expensive than over the counter bleaching treatments and even the take-home whitening kits you can get from the dentist’s office…

But the benefits of laser whitening make it worth the money ten times over!

How To Transform Dark Or Yellow Teeth Into Bright, Sparking Beauties Almost Instantly!

There’s nothing vain or selfish about wanting a gorgeous smile… if you think about it, it’s the part of ourselves that we use to greet people with and communicate every single day…

So what’s wrong with wanting to make ourselves look our best and be as confident as possible?

As I mentioned, over-the-counter whitening kits will only give you minimal results – they don’t have enough “active whitening ingredient in them because they are so cheap!

So if you want more noticeable, lasting results that will transform your smile almost instantly, your wisest choice is to enlist the help of your dentist.

A good dentist will discuss several whitening procedures with you. Most whitening procedures can be done in a single session taking as little as one hour!

As you can see, there are several procedures to choose from. It's up to you what level of whiteness and brightness you want to achieve.
